The product
What is Vizum Apps?
A desktop for your Odoo. Floating windows, Mission Control, virtual desktops and a command palette turn the browser tab into a workspace where several apps run side by side, plus a catalogue of apps that install in seconds.
Which Odoo versions does it work with?
Odoo 17, 18 and 19, both Community and Enterprise, and every new Odoo release as it lands.
What is a vApp?
An app that runs inside the Vizum desktop, sandboxed and installed from the store in one click. It reaches your Odoo data through a scoped SDK rather than by touching the database directly, so installing one cannot put your records at risk.
Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
Three plans, billed monthly per database: Start at 49 USD, Pro at 149 USD and Business at 399 USD. The pricing page lists what each one carries and has an estimator.
Do I pay per user?
No. It is one flat rate per database and your whole team is included, however many people that is. The price does not move with your headcount.
Can I sign up online?
Not yet. Self-service checkout is not open, so we set the first instance up with you. Tell us what you need and we will take it from there.
Managed AI and knowledge
What is Managed AI?
The AI rail: assistants, document understanding and a knowledge base your apps can ask questions of. It is sold apart from the desktop, so you can run Vizum without it. The AI page explains how it works.
What does it add to the bill?
Managed AI has its own plans, from 20 USD a month for Starter to 99 USD for Pro and 499 USD for Business, each carrying that much AI credit. Pro desktop customers get 10 % off, and the Business desktop plan already includes Managed AI Pro with 120 USD of credit each month.
Where does my knowledge base live?
On the Pro plan it runs on your own infrastructure. On Business we host and manage it for you. You choose which, and the documents follow the choice.
The apps
How many apps do I get?
Start carries 32 essential apps plus the Office suite — Doc, Sheets, Point, Whiteboard and Canvas — and the Arcade. Pro and Business carry all 86: operations, the verticals, every connector, WhatsApp Business, the Dashboard and Report Builder, the API Lab and the Migration Assistant. Browse them in the catalogue.
Can I ask for an app that does not exist yet?
Yes. Describe what your company needs and we will tell you whether it is a configuration of something we already have or a new build. Write to us.
Building your own
Can I publish my own app?
Yes. Plain ES6 and a small SDK are enough; there is no framework to learn. Read why build for Vizum and the .vapp documentation.
How do I submit it?
Register, then upload your .vapp with screenshots and a description from your developer portal. We validate the package, its permissions and the experience, and you follow the status live. Once approved it appears in every Vizum Store, and updates go through the same flow.
